Sam Huff was in Iraq with the Army 504th MPs out of Fort Lewis, Washington. She was KIA on April 18, 2005 by an IED while driving her Humvee outside Baghdad. She will be remembered and missed forever by those who knew and loved her. She was 18 years old.

My heart goes out to this young angels parents and her friends. I am sorry for such a great loss. We can never repay you for the loss of your daughter. I can pray that you heal a little more each day. Our kids choose things we would not choose for them. We have to respect their choices and support them, when they become adults and that is a difficult thing to do. When our children are in a war, so are we parents that way they will never be alone in spirit.
